Many people dream to be famous because they want to be popular and loved.

They would also like to be rich and to be able to allow themselves whatever they want. Their hopes usually include fashion clothes and other expensive items. In other words — they dream about luxury and trendy life. They want to be treated better, than ordinary people. That kind of wish gets usually fulfilled. Famous people usually have a lot of money and special privileges. For example, they can visit the places, where ordinary people simply can’t go, they can be hired by designers and also they get special treatment everywhere they go. In that case, their life seems to be easier and happier than ours, right?

Fame has a dark side that many don’t talk about.

However, fame has also a dark side that many don’t talk about. First, and in my opinion, the worst of all is that famous people have almost no private life. They have always to look happy and perfect. They can’t show their real feelings in public because they have to be ready for unexpecting photos. Everything they do, their every step may be seen by thousands of people all around the world. Also, some jealous people, who judge a book by its cover, believe, that every famous person has a wonderful and easy life. That’s why they may write hate comments under posts and photos of this famous person on social media. In special situations, famous people have to have bodyguards when they go out, to protect themselves from ordinary (plane) people, for example, their fans.

There is also a paradox about famous people, the more fame they get, the more their fans expect them to achieve. This pressure that, they aren’t good enough, can cause at least a high level of stress or even depression. Alcohol and drug addictions are possible options too. Lady models may get anorexia or another eating disorder. I believe, that famous people become dependent on money and fame and if they lose that, they will feel that they have lost everything. Although it is theoretically possible to start living an average life, it is still hard to do.

When it comes to me, I wouldn’t like to be famous.

However, sometimes, you should be more well-known also as a person, than you may expect at first, for example, to get sold your own book or to get more sponsors for your charity organization. People should know about you and your work. Nonetheless, on one hand, I think, it would be much better, if my ideas and doings were more famous than mine, to avoid the worst disadvantages of fame, but on the other hand, I think, if I do something good, unique and important for the planet or something that inspires people, it won’t be possible to stay completely unknown.

Eventually, I guess, it is quite up to you, how famous you want to be and how famous you will be, I mean, you can be well-known in a small group of people or famous worldwide. It depends on that, what you do and on that, how strong and ambitious you are, and finally, what you want to reach in your life.
